Stanzo Italia project page aims to provide an opportunity to help our commercial customers understand the context and background of our latest commercial works. Together with our supportive architecture & design partners, we were able to achieve some important projects milestones ranged from hospitality to F&B; residential to commercial; as well as corporate offices.

Common Ground
The journey began back in 2017, started with Common Ground first flagship location in Damansara Heights. Since then we have never stopped growing together. Today, Common Ground remains one of the biggest co-working space in South East Asia with some massive 27 locations across Malaysia, Thailand & Philippines. Our signature furniture could be seen all over their open spaces as well as private desks.

Petronas Leadership Centre (Late 2021)
This new Petronas state-of-the-art training center covers over 452,000 sqft of floor area with over 180 residential rooms and a man-made recreational lake, the campus is designed to encourage social collaboration and enhance future learning experiences through innovative learning spaces in support of Petronas work culture. We are honoured to be the main furniture supplier to this exciting upcoming project.

Étoile Bistro, Equatorial Hotel
Completed in early 2019, this historical hotel has transformed into a brand new hospitality icon at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Contemplating with its luxurios and posh interior, Étoile Bistro which opened its door in late 2020 follows the similar fashion and selected us to be one of their furnishing suppliers. Our premium and vibrant uphostelry fabric choice remained one of their key element.

Zurich Insurance Malaysia
With over 15,000 sqft, the idea of new Zurich Insurance head office & Damansara branch was to create a dynamic, eco-friendly open plan workspaces that promote greater collaboration and sustainability for both employees and stakeholders. We are grateful for such an opportunity to furnish their main reception as well as all breakout spaces & dining area through out their offices.

Menara YTL
At this brand new state-of-the-art building by YTL Group, it hosts many of the group's core businesses and offer facilities for a dynamic new workforce. Featuring striking design that befits this iconic part of the city as well as YTL's own outlook towards architectural excellence. We are proud to be involved in one of the private dining room which hosts some of their most prestige guests.
